Eddie Chang – Entrepreneur Connecting Cultures and Driving Sustainability

Eddie Chang leads three ventures across Japan and Taiwan, focusing on creative collaborations, licensing, and sustainable design. He serves as COO of KK SUNRISE CREATIVE, founder of HUEMON Co., Ltd., and managing partner at YPJ.

1. Building Cross-Cultural Collaborations

At KK SUNRISE CREATIVE, Eddie connects brands and artists across Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore in art, design, anime, and subcultures, bridging Asian pop culture with global audiences through strategic partnerships.

2. Driving Circular Design Solutions

Through HUEMON, Eddie provides European and American clients with access to Taiwan’s circular economy supply chain. Specializing in carbon-reducing materials and mass production integration, HUEMON integrates customer touchpoints with material lifecycle services, helping brands achieve sustainable growth and meet their decarbonization goals. Additionally, Eddie collaborates with EY to support Taiwan-listed companies in producing their annual sustainability reports.

3. Expanding Business via Strategic Licensing

As the co-founder of YPJ, Eddie partnered with renowned U.S. entrepreneur Harry Tsao to successfully launch NBA-licensed masks during the pandemic across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao. This initiative not only promoted fan safety but also fostered deeper sports community engagement, leveraging global sports licensing to address local market needs.
